  Very professional service. Provided up-to-date to information regarding repairs and kept to their completion date. The car was repaired to my satisfaction.

I cannot thank Toni and Sam enough for their care and concern for me and my BMW X4 Competition that I absolutely adore. As the accident was NOT my fault, I was not sure of how to proceed with the claim but Toni supported me through the entire process.   If you’re needing to find a smash repair outlet, it typically means your car is damaged and it’s just something you don’t want to deal with. I’ve used smash repairers close to home but happened to use Parramatta Smash Repairs when my beloved BMW was involved in an incident. Sam and the ladies on the desk are amazing and made the experience far better than I anticipated. I know nothing about cars but Sam explained the process, the timing and my options and did everything he said he’d do to help me, especially living over an hour away. He instilled my absolute trust that I wasn’t being ripped off or lied to which is so important . I have just had to make inquiries and seek Sam’s assistance regarding an incident involving my son and again it’s been resolved professionally and to my satisfaction. I would not use anyone else despite the location from my home.
