Sam Lahood and his team assessed my car quickly, booked it in for repairs quickly and had it returned to me in just over a week from accident to completion. They even went to the effort of taking care of the hire car for me. The whole repair process was so seamless and easy.   If you’re needing to find a smash repair outlet, it typically means your car is damaged and it’s just something you don’t want to deal with. I’ve used smash repairers close to home but happened to use Parramatta Smash Repairs when my beloved BMW was involved in an incident. Sam and the ladies on the desk are amazing and made the experience far better than I anticipated. I know nothing about cars but Sam explained the process, the timing and my options and did everything he said he’d do to help me, especially living over an hour away. He instilled my absolute trust that I wasn’t being ripped off or lied to which is so important . I have just had to make inquiries and seek Sam’s assistance regarding an incident involving my son and again it’s been resolved professionally and to my satisfaction. I would not use anyone else despite the location from my home.

  I took my Mercedes in for a bonnet realignment. Sam was extremely professional and organised to have the work completed immediately while I waited. The work was completed efficiently and the bonnet was realigned perfectly within 15 minutes. I can highly recommend Sam and the team at Parramatta Smash Repairs!

  I spoke with Sam from Parramatta Smash Repairs to obtain a quote for minor scratches on my car. He gave me the best price from all the quotes that I have received. The repair was professional done and my car is now good as new!

  There was nothing wrong with my car but Sam from Parra Smash Repairs saw I had a scratch or two on my bonnet when he saw the car at BMW for service. So he got my number and called me and said he may be able to get the scratch out for free. I asked him why would you do that and he replied..just to help and thwn if you have issues in the future you know where to come to fix your car. I thought about it and took my car there the next day as it qas a free service. It too him 15 mins and he brought the bonnet back to brand new.. Fantastic guy if only more people were like that. If you need smash repairs deinately go to Parramatta Smash Repairs for honest service. TOP Place!!!

  The most pleasurable smash repairer experience. I can't thank the Steve, Ryan and the team at Parramatta smash repairs for the work they've done on my car. I took my car there for hail damage repairs and were greeted by extremely helpful and friendly staff. The whole process was a breeze with all the stress of repairs removed by regular phone and txt updates. In relation to the workmanship, I can't fault it.
