  Very professional outfit, Parramatta Smash Repairs… The first thing I noticed was how clean their workshop was, plus each tradesperson had their own clean dedicated work area with dedicated storage for parts and tools. This is important as it provides a happy and quality controlled workplace - which means you the customer get a high quality repair. Also of note is the fact they have plenty of room to store your car and repair it… Just take a look at other smash repair companies, with messy and cluttered workshops with your vehicles half repaired and parked out on the road with the windows open! Parramatta Smash Repairs is what you expect a professional outfit to be. And finally the work - our car has a very difficult paint to match and apply; however the team at Parramatta Smash Repairs did such a great job, it looked like it just came out of the factory!   If you’re needing to find a smash repair outlet, it typically means your car is damaged and it’s just something you don’t want to deal with. I’ve used smash repairers close to home but happened to use Parramatta Smash Repairs when my beloved BMW was involved in an incident. Sam and the ladies on the desk are amazing and made the experience far better than I anticipated. I know nothing about cars but Sam explained the process, the timing and my options and did everything he said he’d do to help me, especially living over an hour away. He instilled my absolute trust that I wasn’t being ripped off or lied to which is so important . I have just had to make inquiries and seek Sam’s assistance regarding an incident involving my son and again it’s been resolved professionally and to my satisfaction.   I spoke with Sam from Parramatta Smash Repairs to obtain a quote for minor scratches on my car. He gave me the best price from all the quotes that I have received. The repair was professional done and my car is now good as new!

  There was nothing wrong with my car but Sam from Parra Smash Repairs saw I had a scratch or two on my bonnet when he saw the car at BMW for service. So he got my number and called me and said he may be able to get the scratch out for free. I asked him why would you do that and he replied..just to help and thwn if you have issues in the future you know where to come to fix your car. I thought about it and took my car there the next day as it qas a free service. It too him 15 mins and he brought the bonnet back to brand new.. Fantastic guy if only more people were like that.
